ReactOS is not really stripped, but uses it's own debug format (rsym).
assuming you are using gcc, the 'norsym' patch from https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-7372 might be a starting point.

-Added basic shim engine to ntdll for application compatibility.
ntdll is not a kernel mode component.
Also, this is not the shim engine by far, it's the bridge between ntdll and the shim engine.
