Re: Where in the react os repo is the exe loader located?
Thanks, gonzoMD. Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, you feed him for a lifetime. --proverb Hey fellow ReactOS fans, how could the OP and I have figured out the solution to the OP's question ourselves? I already know that the ReactOS project has a place on GitHub. I can ...

This is something that would hardly benefit anyone, so it would be better off in your own fork.

Re: Error when running ninja
You are mixing two different output directories.
A directory configured for visual studio cannot be used to build ninja, which is also exactly what cmake already tells you.

Re: Implementing Neo2 - Modifier keys
Does your layout toggle caps lock?
Or does it behave like shift?
Does it work on windows?
Did you try to use the Neo2 source code in ReactOS?
(or even the compiled stuff?)
https://git.neo-layout.org/neo/neo-layo ... 2/kbdgr2.c

Re: Application installer aborts due to Windows version WinXP; fix possible?
Hey learn_more, thanks for taking the time to respond to my question. Acridity is always the way to go for any thriving OS community. I did not ask for development efforts to getting any particular app to run, as it will likely be a waste of time, considering the targets of ROS. It's tax software, ...

Good thing you included the app you wanted to try,
so people could look into getting it working.
(Or at least include a debug log from the crash?)

Re: AFD returns STATUS_PENDING when network connection is too fast
This is already treated on CORE-17142 , but here I would like to request help from the community to debug more properly this issue. From what I've traversed the code, the culprit is located at drivers/network/afd/afd/read.c specfically at the function TryToSatisfyRecvRequestFromBuffer if( CantReadM...

There used to be something from the authors of StyleXP, not sure if that's still around / working,
StyleBuilder was that name according to a quick google search.

Re: Modern Windows Apps Are Ugly!
Is it just me, or do many Windows 10 apps just look ugly? So I load up my virtual machine of Windows 98 SE and head to the Address Book - looks fine to me, very handy. I load up People on Windows 10 - the app looks ugly. Windows scrapped Address Book, went to Contacts, then went to People (app). Us...
