That should really be "Please comment *on* my english".
(Commenting something (no "on") usually means to turn text in source code into a /*comment*/.)
Apart from that, I don't see anything :)

The idea of incorporating new shells has been tossed around many times - you can search the forum for them - but the default shell for ReactOS will always be something that resembles the Windows shell. This will help prevent alienating the large base of Windows users who are comfortable with its loo...

That's an interesting question, though if I were you I'd start a poll. It might get a better response if there are female forum members who don't want to draw attention to it, for example, because they don't want to be treated differently.

What does this program do that Windows doesn't? If it uses some intelligent tricks to optimise power usage then the source may be useful. If it's just providing more control over the Windows settings though, then it won't be much use, because ReactOS can/should just provide the extra power control i...

Fundraising bar

Hi.
The fundraising bar reports a total of € 1385 on the front page, but it seems to be stuck on € 970 on other pages.
I don't feel up to braving the bugzilla section, otherwise I'd mention it there, sorry :(

Good luck with the fundraising. I'll contribute something if/when I can.

Perhaps a better idea would be something that pauses all the processes and brings up a menu, allowing you to choose what to terminate.

ReactOS should have some sort of media player included with it, even if it is just a basic one. Maybe something like mplayer2.exe. Nothing particularly flashy or feature-laden, but something that will simply play media. If we want people to use ReactOS, then it should be user friendly. I think part ...

You can convert to other formats like JPG or PNG using a program such as Paint or IrfanView. Just be aware that, for many types of picture, PNGs often end up smaller than JPGs, and they don't suffer any loss in image quality like JPGs do.

This project sounds really interesting. When it's in a vaguely usable state, will you be able to provide a separate download of it somewhere so we can try it out on Windows?

Generally forums won't let you display bmps, because they're uncompressed, but I believe ImageShack will automatically convert bmps to png format for you.
