well.. if you look at the svn history you will see the 2nd commit was 2years after the first one, and the next was about 1 year later... so maybe 10years is a bit misleading :p

i saw someone in #reactos say that bochs failed because of some keyboard driver issue... maybe you might want to remove it.

But speaking frankly.. i dont know anything about this subject... just passing on a rumor. :p

Nice.
Gaming and desktop os because it is much faster and wont conain any useful services and other shit like win does.

Yeah.. but most games require DirectX and this may take a while to finish...

ReactOS is gonna be a nice Web Server (when apache 2 finally works (hopefully in 0.3.1)) OMG I CANT WAIT!!

I remove the random jokes and other friendly msgs from ntoskrnl showed when shutting down Too bad.. modified the bootscreen with exescope in bootvid.sys, and configured regedit to execute a modified flash exe (without menu) at startup as shell. Sounds interesting. Any Screenshots available? :D

I built a ReactOS, but the release name is "rUnknown", How can I rename the release name?
A fix for this was introduced in Commit by cwittich :: r24006 reactos/tools/buildno/buildno.cpp:
