next time we update gcc in rosbe to newer version (gcc 4.3.x or higher)
gcc have change their licen to gpl 3.0

that part wil be gpl 3.0 in rosbe

ReactOS will offer program with d/l manger
we want ship so small as posible and only nesry thing.
so we offer diffent progam with our d/l mangers instead
it give u free choice to install program you like, and you can choice what apps u want install.

we do not support VPC for it is like running on broken hw. that mean ReactOS will not working on extream bad hw. like VPC offer. Sorry choice one of the top vitual machine they are Vmware server (free) qemu (free, opensource) vmware workstaion (pay, it have d3d support if you knonw how to activate it)

I have it on CD/DVD disc from ms, and it was also include in one of their dx sdk that was online but they never told public about it.
