If Running ReactOS on a virtual machine, just save a snapshot and restore it everytime you mess the OS.

Best thing you could do is to get a minimal linux (tinycore for example) and get all of your hardware working, then install QEMU, setup a VM and install ReactOS on it, it will run with the best tested hardware set which is the virtualized by QEMU, that means much less probabilities to get BSODs due ...
