It is a future plan. ReactOS will/is going to (read whatever way you wish) have several distributions. ReactOS CORE is the name for a distribution including two common Windows userlands: win32, .NET. ReactOS Minimal is the most minimal usable subset of ReactOS, and its scope is yet to be determined;...

Re: Possibilities For NTVDM and other Sub-Systems
ENIW, unlike Wine or WSL 1, would delegate to Linux using a kernel-mode subsystem, and unlike WSL 2, will not use virtualisation, would instead use thunking to user-mode instance of Linux (this is no problem for us, because both are licensed under GPL 2). This is subject to further development and discussion, just like my proposal for ENIW the replacement for WSL.

Re: Windows 10 now hides local account option
Great feature, let's see if we can implement that in ReactOS as well. What would we use as the online account provider? reactos.org accounts? you just have to click the text left to the button to NOT use a MS account. This started in R1909, so you might not have encountered it yet. This is from Red...

Re: TheRegister: "ReactOS ‘a ripoff of the Windows Research Kernel’ claims Microsoft kernel engineer"
The Register refers to a Quora answer. Axel is a Windows kernel engineer and has access to Windows source code.

Re: Installing 32-bit programs with 16-bit setup launcher stubs
This will not work if the installer checks for parent process name.To find the secret command line parameter, run the setup program in an environment that will run it, and use Process Explorer to determine what command line it was started with.

Re: ReactOS-Qubes integration
I am unable to test Qubes due to faulty UEFI in my machine (If I enable VT-d, it resets itself back to disabled even though CPU is capable). I called for someone else to test for that reason.
