The new MS SP2 Firewall also does limit some outgoing.

Then make it also possible for a user with a limited account to acces specific "LOCAL MACINE" keys for specific apps.
Some games do not run because of this on a windows 2000/xp without admin account.

Once got an old CD, Windows NT 3.51 Resource Kit.

On it there were tools for windows with different CPU's

I remember something like this with NeoPaint 3 (DOS program, see history book :P ) with .. i think it was an oak vga card (ISA) .. in 15 and 16 bit color modes...

ReactOS is a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 clone ,WINNT supports windows 16 bit programs

Yes, that would be nice,
and the installer should also be fixed to suport more primary paritions, cause installing ROS is really a problem,
have to use a test pc, install ROS first, and then install other OS.
(or use emlator, but i think emulator is slow)

I agree that file system support is not a priority at the moment,
first we need more software/driver compatibility,
but when more windows programs are working,
we need supoort to use the windows parition
( at least read support with support of installing microsoft ntfs.sys )
