You can boot GRUB 2 (you can use a GUI plug-in with that) with FreeLDR and vice versa.

FreeLDR can boot Linux kernels (limited to 32-bit bzimage ones) and multiboot-compliant executables directly.

My proposed architecture of ENIW is much simpler and it is based on thunking to user mode Linux. It also requires less kernel mode code than either WSL 1 or WSL 2.

Russia is going to isolate its internet very soon. Switzerland is subject to the same copyright rules as EU. Andorra also follows EU rules closely, although it is not a member of it due to historical reasons. San Marino might work.
