Programs won't runs on wine, but runs inside ROS

Hi folks!

Is there programs won't run on WINE inside GNU/Linux, but runs on ReactOS? I don't take drivers in mind.

Kernel mode Windows programs and Windows-only closed-source drivers.
-uses Ubuntu+GNOME 3 GNU/Linux
-likes Free (as in freedom) and Open Source Detergents
-favors open source of Windows 10 under GPL2
