I believe that Visual Studio 2010 and 2015 (x86) can compile ReactOS. The Express and Community editions should also be able to compile ReactOS. The ReactOS Wiki page "Building ReactOS" should answer your questions.

The ReactOS Forum topic "Visual C++ Build" might be helpful. (Avoid adding new comments to that old topic. Avoid 'thread necromancy' by starting a fresh topic and posting there with a link to the months-old topic if applicable.) The ReactOS development team (devs) try to keep the source code buildable with both GCC and MSVC. If you discover problems, please report them.

Let us know if your build is successful. Good luck.

Thanks for that answer! It was rather helpful for me.
I'm going to adhere to instructions and update this post after having success or failing.
Regards.
Violent games don't make people violent.
They (people) are violent since they are born.
But some of them aren't violent at all, and you can't change it.
