Forum time incorrect??

Post by WhiteFlash »

Is it just me, or is the forum time incorrect? Even when I have the time set to GMT +13 hours, it seems to be behind by about 6-8 hours in my time zone. (I used to have it set at GMT -5 hours) I was just wondering if anyone knew about this. It's not too big of a problem, but it would be nice to know when a message/reply was actually posted. (maybe I'm just missing something here)

Thanks to all, and keep up the good work!! :)

No, you are not alone. :-)

It's the server's system time has been false since the down-time.

Hello frik85,
Already since several weeks, I had doubts concerning the date of the newest comments, which always seemed to be two days old.

I have just posted a comment in the german forum, thus now I can confirm, that the entry appears as if it was written 67 hours earlier, that means more than 2 1/2 days.

Is there anybody in your team, who can adjust date and time of the server?
(I can imagine, that the very problem is not simply to adjust the current time, but to adapt the already existing forum-entries.)

It´s now just midnight in germany. Thus sunday, 00:05
i.e. saturday 23:00 UTC
