Mnemonics of menus in the menubar should be supported

There are applications such as Explorer and Notepad that have mnemonics in menus in the menubar. (Mnemonics are shown by the underscored character.)
In other environments pressing Alt plus the mnemonic character opens the menu. But this does not work in ReactOS.
This should also be supported by applications in ReactOS.
