Wine Script Host parcially implemented

I was seeing that ReactOS doesn't have a complete implementation of the Wine Script Host, just have the jscript.dll library. But it's missing tools like as vbscript.dll and wscript.exe, both available from the source of wine:

and

http://source.winehq.org/source/programs/wscript/

if at least wscript it's not present, then the current jscript.dll on system32 don't have any utility.
