I don't think that would go down very well - "Hey, look at this thing that's so much better than Windows, we're completely free and opensource. Also here, have some proprietary bloatware."

Ubuntu includes Amazon search in their desktop search, Firefox takes money to make Yahoo the default search engine. It's not that unheard of, plus it's not permanent and the user can disable at any time.

Ubuntu has also gotten very much negative feedback about their choices in this regard. I don't follow Firefox that much these days so I can't tell.
Personally, I wouldn't want to use finished ReactOS if it bundled some bloatware, because then there'd be fewer clear points in which it's better than Windows.

None of the contracts are permanent, for Firefox it's if you pay us this many millions of dollars we'll make yahoo the default for a few years.
