Don't mean to revive this topic, but I am just curious as to know if you were able to figure out why I can't go onto the IRC in Waterfox/Firefox? I just tried today and I still can't go on. I would like to resolve this in case anyone else ever has this issue, too.

I wish you had started a new forum topic to deal with this separate IRC issue instead of burying it in this existing topic. You show concern "in case anyone else ever has this issue, too" yet make it unnecessarily hard for "anyone else" in the future to find the answer to "this issue".
