I want to ask about *_vista dlls. In ReactOS are libraries advapi32_vista, kernel32_vista, ntoskrnl_vista and ntdll_vista. They implements limited support of NT6+ API, replaces W2k3 API to NT6+ or they are created for future work of comptability mode?

Right now these are there to provide needed functions for linking Wine's dlls we use. Nothing more. This will change sooner or later, but for now these have nothing to do with any compatibility layer at all.
