Hi mrmajik45!
I assume that you are talking about the default web browser which is Internet Explorer.
It is hidden So that you can customize your desktop yourself easily.

Hmmm... The Tom and Jerry problem.
To fix these issues, ReactOS needs good documentation.
( Less Technical, First Timer Friendly )
But I am not sure if the developers are going to agree to make documentation now.
Because though there are First time users, no ReactOS users are actually First time OS user.
ReactOS is not yet stable enought to the point where it could be the starting OS for a little one or for any user.
So those who use it now, actually know what to expect and where to expect.
I mean they have previous experience of at least some OS.
Most of them has Windows experience.
So the First timer problem may not be very important as of yet.
But everything has a first time.
So if you want you can help ReactOS by making a documentation.
Internet Explorer

I guess there are already tutorials on how to install ReactOS.
So if you make one, make it a step by step guide.
The most important thing to remember is make the tutorial using text and images only and assume that the user has no previous knowledge of anything.
( A tutorial for advanced users is unnecessary because they can find the necessary information from the same tutorial. )
A video is fine but text tutorial is better if it is a step by step detailed tutorial with images.
I say this because everyone doesn't have enough bandwidth!

You can get a browser from ReactOS Applications Manager (RAPPS) though, much easier than you may think.
