In this web there are 2 setup exe files which allows installing programs that have 16 bits installers:

These files are mainly to aid in the installation of software with 16-bit launchers under ReactOS.


InstallSheild Engine 3.0 - This is the file the 16-bit launcher extracts from _inst32i.ex_. Place it in a WRITABLE folder with the rest of the installation files, and run this instead of setup.exe.
Only for use with applications packaged with InstallShield 3.

InstallShield Launcher 5 - This is a 32-bit replacement for the 16-bit Launcher. Replace your 16-bit setup.exe with this file.
Only for use with applications packaged with InstallShield 5

Example: INCOMING Lux-et Robur installer is a 16-bit installer and it cannot be runned in ReactOS 0.4.8 dev for the moment. But, copying 'setup32.exe' (in he same folder where the installer files are) , from 'ls3Engine.zip' and running it, allows to install INCOMING.
