Hexedit install fails

Applications manager tries to get it from http://www.catch22.net/ and that site seems down now.
Besides google warns against visiting it if you try to google for it.

I tired HxD its install also fails "did not pass integrity check". Besides if you forget to install 7zip it gives you very cryptic error.

Please report to Jira, or create a PR for the rapps-db project with updated download links.
Concerning the HxD it's because they updated the version that is downloadable through the same DL link we currently use, and as such the SHA1 check doesn't pass anymore (one has to also update the hash stored in the DB).
