optiplex gx270- old dino project 4: reactos 0.4.10 issues

because i have this old pc in my room ive been doing experiments. this is my 4th project with 3 attempts put in so far.
attempt 1: just a black screen on the installer and live cd
attempt 2: same
attempt 3: both on live and boot i finally got a prompt to boot from the reactos medium. pressed enter and got errors "Error opening freeldr.ini or file not found. you need to re-install FreeLoader. press any key." pressed enter again. another error appears "error initializing .ini file. press any key" i pressed enter and the pc reboots.
i'll try a few more attempts then switch to an older release.

There is someone else here attempting to install ReactOS on an Optiplex 370 I think, search the forum to see what results they have managed to obtain and the blockers they have encountered.
