It seems that release is very delayed. :D
Could be holidays or that we are busy?

0.4.10 was released 83 days ago.

As you can see from this handy chart, this isn't really that long at all:

Having kept an eye on the chat recently, it appears that 0.4.11 is pretty much ready for release now, and is primarily waiting for someone to put the final touches on the release notes before it gets published, so it shouldn't take too much longer. At a guess, I'd say we'll probably see it in around a week or so, but I don't really know, that's just my guess.
I reserve the right to ignore any portion of any post if I deem it not constructive or likely to cause the discussion to degenerate.

Hi,
First, the light theme needs correction. Some of the icons are off center.
Second, I think that we should completely fix the app renderer, before 4.12 release.

What light theme?
What is an app renderer?

I think that is what is I mean. Normally, there is something like DirectX or OpenGL that controls how the programs are displayed.

But DirectX only helps in the case of games and similar. It is not the same as the shell. So the Win32 for the stuff in Windows and DirectX/OpenGL for the fullscreen aps....

Now that that's clarified, you still haven't explained what you meant by "completely fix the app renderer". What exactly is broken that you'd like to see fixed? If there are no Jira tickets for those issues, it's unlikely to happen.

The release was branched in December, so aside from back-ported fixes it is indeed code from 2018.
