I think that would be nice that RCs are uploaded to sourceforge so we can bugcheck them, just in case. Many users cant compile their own ReactOS. The more checking for bugs the merrier, so i would be glad to test ReactOS in real hardware if i can download it as iso, and i am not sure if i could do the same if i have to compile it.

Best regards,
Lucio Diaz.

When rc1 being compile it will be upload to sourceforge.net and mail out to reactos maling list. as we always have done with rc release.

Brandon have not yet complie it or upload it, yet.

rember rc relase can have some regress and other problem
that need to found out in rc1. after we fix thuse bug we consider
is serirus and blockers it always done one more rc build

it is least two rc release we do before a final release are done of a version.

*Bump*

Here, a release version of 0.3, i think.

as usual, go to the bottom, type the code, submit, go to the bottom again, click download and burn that iso to disk.

This is not a release version nor a official build of ReactOS!

The next ReactOS download will be "ReactOS 0.3 RC1" (release candiate) and a link will be available soon. Remember official downloads are hosted on sourceforge.net: http://sourceforge.net/projects/reactos

I though RC1 was already oficial, but could not find the Download anywhere, but it seems Rc1 is not yet oficial, i hope to try it soon then, and that it has a smoth path to rc2 and the final 0.3

Best regards,
Lucio.

I wonder if wine 0.9.15 changes will be added to ReactOS before 0.3.0RC1 release. This version of wine claims to have "improvements to Web browser support".

WineHQ release new versions every two weeks. We cannot import the wine-source that often (only every few months), because it is not easy and time consuming.

And we use only parts of Wine not everthing.
