Since ReactOS is so small (in space of hard drive that it takes up), could it be suitable as a 'Thin Client' os?

At this point, ReactOS isn't suitable for anything, just wait some months if you want some better software support (for example OpenOffice and Firefox).

In the future, very possibly.

Yes, as soon as the network support is sufficient and the stability is bearable it will be a wonderful solution for that. But remember, ROS is just in 0.2.5 version yet so there is some limitations, no local printing yet, no sound, limited hardware support and others.
Has anyone tested the terminal service client, the remote desktop or a VNC client yet?

Well, Ultr@VNC Starts, but can't connect to a server (I assume, since I don't have a Network enabled Build :D ... I hope)

I can't test it any further until it can communicate with a network stack (even if it IS a loopback connection)
