It's easy to add a language section to translate ReactOS:
1)go to https://translations.launchpad.net/prod ... odeblocks/
2)create an account
3)confirm it
4)login
5)select your preffered language(the option it's on the left of the page)
6)you'll see the choosen language on the page languages list
Now you are ready to begin the translation!
