Tranlation help needed...

Post by Jaix »

We are sketching on a new Development Environment as a complement to the RosBE.

This one will be called RosDE and will be a complete IDE (Integrated Devlopment Environment) for the win32 platform.

It is going to be based on Code::Blocks IDE plus some other open source projects. This because Code::Blocks is a good multiplatform IDE and we hope all who works in Linux will be able to use a port for that too.

Code::Blocks needs to be translated to all different languages, this is something all non-devs can help with, please make an effort and help us do this fast.

First you need to create an account and confirm it, then you are ready to rock.
Here you can find a link to the translation page.
https://translations.launchpad.net/prod ... odeblocks/

Please make a post in this thread if you are willing help and to what language you will translate to.

Nope, I don't need to register. I can log in using my account of the forum :D.

I have to say this software is perfect! It works really well. I fear I won't work too much on translating, but I guess every now and then a few translations could do :).

edit: I boosted the Dutch status is a very short time from 6% to 10%! Ok, it was mostly easy stuff, but it's still pretty cool :).

Also Dutch here. Got it to 52% today :).
Kinda strange though that when you submit empty fields, they don't appear in the "untranslated" filter anymore (even though they aren't subtracted from the "To Do" count). Right now the untranslated filter for Dutch doesn't return anything, even though half of the strings still has to be translated.

52% is really good, keep up that good work!
The bug you refers to sounds really bad, try to find somewhere to report that bug.

No problem with that; Filtering works like it should be...

Yep, it's correct for me too again. Seems like it was just a temporary thing then. :)

So http://translate.reactos.se/ is outdated?
Maybe the Wiki should be updated?

No, this is about translating Code::Blocks which will be a part of a ReactOS Development Enviroment.

But it will probably be outdated soon, as work is currently being done on integrating a translation tool to the website.
