My perspective is from a beginner, non-techie and someone new to open source. It isn't a review, more of a philosophical opposition to any type of centralized power, as exhibited by Microsoft, and support of the decentralist nature of the GPL.

Even though it was a little on the negative side, it was still some publicity. At least he wants to check on ROS every so often; keep track of ROS progress. 8)
