Who is the creator of Reacty?

I would like the permission to change reacty!

reactos is open source so i would assume that reacty is GPL, ask the devs at the irc site.

That "mascot" is held in disdain by several developers. For that matter, most will deny it's a "mascot" of any sort. The sad fact is it's one of the less badly drawn ones from the old mascot thread. And if ANYONE attempts to resurrect/bump that thread by posting in it, I will ask an admin to kickban your ass from the forum. ROS doesn't have a "mascot" and it's unlikely we ever will.

if you still want to know, the original seems to have been posted by SomeGuy. you can find the mascot post where it was first introduced by searching for reacty, it will be the oldest thread and on page 2 about 3/4 of the way down. It was intended as a joke but was rather funny at the time.
It doesn't look as good as I remembered, I never thought it was all that bad.
