A piece of advise. Keep your topic title simple. Use of multiple exclamation and question marks aren't helpful.

The explorer shell is being replaced, and since the browser is theoretically part of it, trying to improve it at this point would be pointless. Also, the browser is considered low priority, as it depends on the rest of the OS actually working.

With a new explorer, currently being written by w3seek. You can find it in base\shell\explorer-new. (Note: the new explorer has not yet been added to the build but it is in the tree)

The new explorer doesn't work in ROS, that's why it's not built into it by default. Also, Coviti gave you the directory in SVN where it's located.

Better is in the eyes of the beholder.

The browser isn't part of it. There won't be an internet browser within explorer, we will rely on Firefox or similar

A new explorer sure sounds interesting. Based on coviti's instructions I found this:

http://svn.reactos.org/svn/reactos/trun ... lorer-new/

Problem is that there are only sources there. Where could I find some binaries to test it under Windows?

Thanks

You could download the source with tortoise and compile it with RosBE, but it's in its early beginnings, it's not very useful.

how me use? :?
1) Unzip the archive
2) Open taskmanager.
3) Kill explorer.exe
4) File > New task
5) Browse for the unzipped explorer.exe

after you are done:

1) Kill explorer.exe
2) Run c:/windows/explorer.exe
