stobject.dll questions

I was looking at the stobject.dll source code and I noticed it has code and icons for the power and eject hardware icons. I was wondering what is the status of the icons and when they would be ready to be placed in the system tray or if the icons are done, how would I enable them. I know that the safely remove hardware icon would not work very well but it seems like the power icon is nearly complete.
