GPL and other free software licenses does not care about if user accepted license's terms. Please omit that part when filing a bug report.

I'm strongly repelled by ModernUI-inspired design because of its low aesthetical value (true, Win2K may not be any better in this, but it it's very practical to use with mouse+keyboard). One of the reasons I grew interested in ROS is that it's free of Metro stuff.
The "current" goal is to have a possibility to install from within liveCD, using proper "Windows" GUI instead of the text mode with blue background.

Don't take it as a criticism of your person, it's just this specific idea I don't agree with.

Windows 8 UI is not bad at usability but because of overuse of flat design for start screen.

It's not that Windows 8/10's flat design is bad, it's that it's extremely, eye-piercingly bold. It looks like GTK's High Contrast theme, and it's abysmal.

Except it is in rainbow colors. High contrast at least gives two definitely separated colors.
