Some more comments, thoughts and questions...
1. FlowPX2, We use to see Win XP boot splashscreen on black. Will not your bootscreen not look more Win-like on black?
2. FlowPX2, is 640x480 verion of rosboot.png only available?
3. Designers, What about making some Win-like wallpapers? I always liked XPDE wallpaper http://www.xpde.com/shots/trans_small.png

You can creat good wallpapers with Photoshop or 3D-Wallpapers with Cinema4D.

About having it on black, I think the ReactOS community to be very careful not to make a straight copy of Windows XP. It will a lot better in general if ReactOS stood out from XP with some differences herand preferable some extra features.

Would you please share it with public?

Yeah. I know. But what else I know is that I'm not a designer  So the only instruments I can use to create something looks like picture are quite simple like Terragen or Bryce3D...

Thnx! Green wallpaper looks good.

I found old but interesting bootscreen logo. In fact it is based on standard screen that we have for now. I think that implementation of this booscreen makes sense in future. It will look like in KDE when grayed parts of boot splashscreen indicating boot process turning on one by one.

i still think this grey design is by far the best i've seen. it would take a lot to improve it imo - *maybe* minimalize it a bit but don't start over- but the effects are subtle, relevent to the os, and just good looking. change if you want, but keep the standard of quality... ooh, ok- i'd change the star effect around the logo. blah, one effect too many. it would look better without the oval ripple from the top corner too. but i still like it a lot, it could be perfect.

You may actually see this one implemented one day (Filip's had it in working code):

I never expected myself to create such a blatant ripoff of some other boot logo we all know & love...
It compiles, let's ship it!

Filip forced me to use the same coordinates for the progress meter (or knight rider meter as frik85 calls it  ). As there wasn't much room for improvisation, I decided to go all the way and just copied the rest of the layout as well.
