Aloha,

I went into the reactor\base\shell\explorer\res\ico\ and changed the icons in there in hopes that the changes appear on the desktop of the ReactOS desktop. To my dismay, only the Command Prompt icon changed. I either did something wrong or RosBE is being weird again.

[*]I do have the original icons also in the folder with an "_old" attached to their names for backup purposes.
[*]All other program icons were changed successfully.
[*]They are scalable icons.

What am I doing wrong, or how can I fix this?

Check shell32 and the other dlls icons, too.

delete the built files of shell32 and run configure as well as ninja again

Found it. It's in the shell32 folder. :/ Well, thanks!

I tried this but still not working!!!!
