I tried the Oracle VMBOX version of REACT OS using the import feature on Oracle VM 4.1.8 r75467 and got the blue screen error code: STOP: 0x0000001E (0x80000003, 0x808FE086, 0xFA011C08, 0x00000000)

ntoskrnl.exe - Adress 808FE086 base at 80800000, Datastamp 4d80fa27

I tried to install React OS on virtual pc2007 sp1 x64 using the install cd which caused the same above errors.

after burning a physical cdrom i got a black screen.

I am currently using a Foxconn motherboard with a duo core EM64T processor, 2GB RAM 200GB HDD, the
built in graphics is S3 chrome9.

What version of ReactOS are you using? If it's 0.3.13, that's very outdated. You'll want a more recent build (bottom of downloads page). If you're using a build, please post what number.

There is also a release candidate of future revision 0.3.14.

Also, don't use VPC.
