Can't get reactos working

Help! I am using Virtual box to run reactos but it gets stuck at the splash/loading screen. Is there anything i can do to fix it, like change the set up in virtual box or is there something else i need to do.

Well dizt3mp3r, What you told me to look at did not do much to fix it. I looked at the articles and did not seem to find a solution so I am still stuck at the splash/loading screen.

What version of ROS are you using? What version of VirtualBox?

And, you did follow this guide? https://reactos.org/wiki/VirtualBox

OK. For some reason it wants to works now. I don't know what i did or what i just let it sit shut off and it worked about 5 hours later after doing nothing.

I got it working by having it off for a while hopefully it stays working.

Hmmm, it sounds like a possible race condition somewhere, or some device not initializing properly all the time. Maybe some driver needs some sort of delay after accessing certain types of I/O.
