Insert a newer daily build ISO to your VM (or write it on a CD and your RH), boot from CD and enter setup, press R, then I don't remember There should be a setting to update ReactOS, it will copy newer system files to your existing ReactOS installation. After it finishes, remove ISO/CD and restart your virtual or real machine. That's it!

Isn't there an update selection in BootCD?

No working one I know of.
