Probably still quite a lot, but there is software (AppManager or a similar name) in ReactOS to down load software that is known to work!

Yes.

ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

However the ReactOS development and testing teams strive to correct incompatibilities. If you find any software that runs with Microsoft Windows XP SP3 or Microsoft Server 2003 but does not run with ReactOS, and this problem has not already been reported to the project's JIRA bug tracking system, then please file a bug report in JIRA.
