ReactOS 0.45 stuck on logo screen

I tried this with regular, debug and daily debug build.
It installs OK then on first boot it hangs on the ReactOS logo screen. When I run screen it shows a lot of text on screen. I made a video of it. Is there a way to upload it?
I ran another mode of ReactOS(I forget which) which showed a files list on the screen and the last file showing was "SWENUM.sys"
I also ran debug log then booting PLOP CD I boot to YUMI stick on USB then HIrens then Mini-XP I was able to look at ReactOS file system but debug.log is nowhere to be found. Is the log file hidden somewhere else? Is there something I could run to get the log while in Mini-XP?
I have a CPUZ.txt of the target machine if needed.
It is a Compaq 5410US with an Intel(R) Celeron 1300MHz, 512 MBytes RAM, 20GB HDD. Northbridge: Intel i815/E/EP rev. B
Southbridge: Intel 82801BA (ICH2) rev. 05
It has 2 CD drives, 3.5" floppy drive, ps2 keyboard, USB mouse and DELL monitor.

Just take a picture of the screen when everything stopped to scroll, it should potentially show the origin of the problem (we don't offer a way to upload videos). By the hardware description you give in your post, I would either bet on some USB problem (as usual...), or (less likely) some multimedia problem like hdaudbus.sys crashing.

After disconnecting the USB mouse then booting logfile it then made a debug.log. It also went past the logo and into a blank screen.

Something looks fishy with your video driver, but I don't know what... Normally ReactOS should use its default video driver and should work afterwards; such an error as above is usually triggered when someone tries to install an incompatible video driver afterwards, or uninstall one (because we have also some bugs on our side....) . But in your case it seems to appear as soon as you've installed ReactOS...

Could it be possible I could have the wrong choices during installation? Are the choices shown auto detected? I did not change what was there.
It works in Virtualbox.

When I try anything other than VGA it will not go into the OS. None of the VESA work. I must also not connect the USB mouse until after it is in the OS. When it is in the OS the only USB device recognized is the USB mouse and WiFi device. Flashdrives are not accessible. When I boot into Mini-XP everything works and is the only way I can copy files and folders from the flashdrive to the C: drive. I also tried installing a Netgear A6100 USB WiFi device using their standalone installer however it gave a "Not for this OS" error at end of installation.
At some point it did recognize the A6100 and I pointed it to the folder where the driver files where at then it showed in device manage however I could not use it. No list of hotspots where showing anywhere. Also the system tray only showed the time with blank space to the left of it. If I clicked in the left of the empty space it showed "EN".
