Hello and welcome to ReactOS forum boards, zburns!
Newly registered users don't have access to the JIRA website yet until for a couple of minutes. Therefore you must shall wait at least some minutes or a hour to gather access to your JIRA account.

Your user credentials for the ReactOS forums also allow you to log in to JIRA. However, the ReactOS forum server only synchronizes accounts and credentials with the JIRA server a limited number of times per day. (I believe this was recently upgraded to once per hour. This synchronization requirement is a stumbling block for new bug reporters. On behalf of the ReactOS project, I apologize. ) Please be patient then log in to JIRA and file your bug. Let us know if you succeed or if you are still having problems logging in to JIRA.zburns wrote:How can I create a JIRA account to file a bug?
Thank you for trying ReactOS and reporting the bug you found. ReactOS is currently alpha-level software. It is not yet stable or feature-complete. ReactOS is not ready at this time for production use. It is for evaluation and test purposes only. Happy experimenting!

This issue is now resolved!
He was able to create a JIRA ISSUE (CORE-13768 Possible Bug with .Net Applications), 1 hour and 20 minutes after posting here.

Well... "resolved" as invalid ^^
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

The issue of not being able to log in at JIRA and create a bug report, is what I was referring to and not the bug! Looks like I should not have used the word 'issue' and used the word 'problem', to prevent any confusion.EmuandCo wrote:Well... "resolved" as invalid ^^
