[usb] bug still not fixed

since i cant report it on jira because i dont know reason for:

Your ReactOS forum user credentials are also accepted by ReactOS JIRA. However, the ReactOS JIRA server is not immediately notified of a new ReactOS forum account. A new user may have to wait many hours before the forum and JIRA servers synchronize their user lists.
Before you make a JIRA report about the problem you encountered, make sure it has not been reported already. Release 0.4.7 has many known USB bugs.
Also, the ReactOS developers (devs) will ask you to provide a backtrace. Visit the first topic in the Support forum, "[ReadThis]ReactOS doesn't work in my computer!!" and read the first post there. That post describes an easy way to obtain a backtrace.
