Why some asserts doesn't allow a kdbg prompt?

Some asserts in reactos, specially on screen debug mode, doesn't allow a kdbg> prompt, which could be very useful to do some tasks such as rebooting the system from the debugger.

This one is the more descriptive example

I'm not sure this is assert problem, it's rather a bug in the kernel debugger.
