Which video? And you know that ROS is far from everyday use stability, do you?
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

I doubt denisbill knows that. Who expects polished, shiny boxes to contain unfinished products? I believe the ReactOS.org home page is so good looking that it raises newcomers' expectations of ReactOS far beyond ReactOS's current capabilities.
