Error after install
insert additional cd image for guest
Error: Can't load boot driver 'System32\drivers\VBoxGuest.sys'
no start

Vbox 6 doesn't work on ROS it's their driver that's the issue.

Not true, only 6.0.0 Guest Additions don't work (you'll get a BAD_POOL_CALLER bugcheck). Anything else is a new issue.

Another ReactOS experimenter, LordBlick, reported in the topic
BSOD when installing Guest Additions that the VirtualBox people (thanks, bird!) now have a test build available that may overcome this problem. LordBlick thoughtfully supplied a download link to that test build. Otherwise one may wait for 6.0.5 Guest Additions to be released someday.
Try it and report back with your results, cbsistem. Happy experimenting with
alpha development stage ReactOS!
