Do BTRFS-tools come with ROS's BTRFS filesystem?

In the Tutuorials Forum topic "ROS 0.4.10 running on a ThinkPad T430 with Btrfs and Ethernet working [video]", GreyGeek asked this question:

A bit of discussion about Btrfs-tools requiring Linux followed. Then:

I searched the Web for "BTRFS-Tools" and found no Windows port of the tools. I suggest that mentions of tools or web sites should include a web link to the appropriate web page. This is always good netiquette in web forums, newsgroups, and mailing lists.

Got a link to BTRFS-tools for Microsoft Windows, erkinalp?

So I found this: https://github.com/kdave/btrfs-progs. Btrfs-progs is usually referenced as btrfs-tools. My guess is it need to be compiled into something ROS/Windows can execute. Hope this helps!
