build error; need help

Hi,
i've been following this wonderful project for 2 years and this is the first time i try to compile ReactOS from source. i downloaded and built whatever http://mok.lvcm.com/cgi-bin/reactos/ros ... nvironment says, but when compiling it gives this error:
E:\Reactos\reactos-source>mingw32-make
Tools are up to date.

Can somebody please help me? Thank you.
