Is there a way to write the Reactos/Freeloader-bootsector manually to a bootsector on a harddisk :?:

In Bart's PE Builder is software to do this.
The other way is using Linux's dd software.

Yes, if you're running NT/2k/XP. There's a utility "install" in the SVN freeldr tree (reactos\boot\freeldr\install) that can be used for this. If you don't know how to build it let me know and I'll see if I can send it to you.
