Why are you trying to build such an old version of the source code?

Simple, after that time there was no new ARM RosBE anymore because it was of no use in the current state of the port and after I found out that it is bein tested on MSVC anyway.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

It will not WORK the slightest bit, it wont even boot past the Kernel loading, its not worth the effort yet

0.3.15 may not be complete, but it is far more complete than 0.3.13 was. (It's always going to be incomplete until we reach 1.0.0, you know.)

Well, but its very possible that 0.3.15 does not build for ARM at all because it might be broken atm

Every few weeks, someone arrives on the ReactOS website to ask if ReactOS can run on ARM. The answer given is "NO". After that, the person fades away into the cosmos, until...a few weeks later...another person arrives at the ReactOS website to ask if ReactOS can run on ARM.

I have an idea:

Why don't all of us who have an interest in seeing ReactOS run on ARM band together?

It would probably be more effective than what we are doing now.

It would, if your band has coders finishing to port it. Otherwise the human resources will still be placed in way more useful parts of ROS for now.
