Hi,
Roughly how much disk space do I need to set aside to build the entire ROS from source?
I wish to build using VS2017 Community Edition and also mingw.
Thanks.

Re: Disk space requirement to build ROS
I am not a developer, but I have a local copy of the source tree and I sometimes compile the code. I have done a 'Properties' on the root folder and from that I would suggest 8 Gbs.
Please keep the Windows classic 9x/2000 look and feel.

Some example numbers:
- My reactos source directory (from a git clone) is 1.50 GB (reported "2 GB" on disk)
- My generated MinGW build files are 5.90 GB large, while my generated MSVC 2010 build files are "only" 3.78 GB large.
