So, you've confirmed that that keyboard's numpad works when using this keyboard on a Windows or Linux install, right?

Yes. It works in Windows and Linux. I am using ReactOS mostly on my real hardware with a PS2 keyboard. My other computer with ReactOS running virtually has a USB keyboard.

C'mon, share the secret, Pi_User5. Be sure to post how you resolved the problem in your JIRA bug report too.

A custom the Web inherited from Usenet newsgroups is that if one asks for help in a forum and later finds a solution oneself, one goes back and posts that solution. Failing to do so is considered rude and inconsiderate to others on the forum. Posting the solution will help others who visit the forum.

Let us stand on each others shoulders, not on each others toes. (Homebrew Computer Club, circa 1975)

The NUM lock lit will not be lit when NUM lock is on. That should be fixed.

Are you saying the light is reversed in ROS?

No. It won't even turn on.

The bug you reported in CORE-8547, NUM Lock LED don't turn on when it's activated, has been resolved. Kamil Hornicek fixed it in r64908.

Yes, I knew about Pi_User5's different ReactOS.org handles. (I forgot about the automatic notification system.) I also wanted other people who visit these forums to know that the bug he reported in the Bugtracker (JIRA) was resolved. Perhaps this will encourage others to make JIRA reports of bugs they find.

Yeah. The only way to have your HW fixed(sooner or later) is to report to the Jira.
Not just this Number Pad case, but also all of those having issues with SATA support or errors booting. Up to now, dozen of bugs have been fixed in Uniata thanks to Alter(the dev) but also because your reports ;)

I did report one bug and I'm not sure if what ever became of it.
https://jira.reactos.org/browse/CORE-8609
Using the bug button on the forum post editor brings up a 404 error. :? This is the link that was generated when clicking the bug button:
https://www.reactos.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=8609

Should I report this?

[bug] tag is for bugzilla issues: ONLINE-347: Bugzilla-JIRA Auto Redirection
I reserve the right to ignore any portion of any post if I deem it not constructive or likely to cause the discussion to degenerate.
