Dialler

Im using a modem and phone line to connect downloaded the install yesterday the new 0.3.0 one my modem cant install and i cant create a dialler .... what should i do?

Nothing ....

ReactOS is alpha and doesnt support features such as dial up network yet. Please wait until it supports it, then test your drivers again. IF they still do not work then you can report it as a bug.

Until then it isn't a bug, just an unimplemented feature.

does 0.29 have a dialler? can i use freedial or other 3rd party diallers?

ReactOS doesn't support dial up modems yet. So even if these programs ran, there would not be enough support internally for them to work.

Sorry.

Your best bet is to use QEmu while your dial up connection is running o your host os. That might work

Thanks andrew i see lans arent implemented either does that mean high speed broadband is'nt supported either?

Some other Q's
- Open Gl is it supported?
- Will any windows service packs run on ReactOS ?
- I'd like to develop some simple programs which language is preferable?
- Also how can i put the bootloader on the same drive as the Os?
- I run a bunch of emulators for old consoles on my XP box...
SNES, GENS, GBA, etc .... which are compatible?

Sorry for all the q's how u guys can help me :)

Will Windows XP Service Pack 2 run on Windows 95? ... because my Win95 is a little bit old.

OpenGL support will come back with ReactOS 0.3.1.
And Windows Service Packs are not usable for ReactOS in general.

Borland Delphi 4, 6 or 7, works on ReactOS?

Or Lazarus is the best option, beacause not use de Win APIs?
